William Deyesso, the former CEO of Royal Administration Services, has led a successful career as a corporate executive. An automotive enthusiast, William Deyesso belongs to the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA).

For more than 70 years, NIADA has been representing and helping independent automobile dealers become more successful in the industry. The organization provides education, advocacy, and other support services to members.
Some of these services are supported by the NIADA Foundation, a charitable arm established by NIADA in 2006. The purpose of the foundation is to provide educational opportunities to members and develop scholarships for members pursuing higher education.
The NIADA Foundation offers two scholarships: the NIADA/Manheim Regional Scholarship and the NIADA/Manheim National Industry Sponsored Scholarship. Each year, four students are awarded NIADA/Manheim Regional Scholarships of $3,500. To be eligible, applicants must display outstanding leadership skills, educational accomplishments, and community service.
The $10,000 NIADA/Manheim National Industry Sponsored Scholarship is given to one student who is currently enrolled or planning to attend Northwood University. The scholarship is awarded during the NIADA Annual Convention.
